~Booking Through Thursday~

This week's question:

Yesterday, April 15th, was Tax Day here in the U.S., which means lots of lucky people will get refunds of over-paid taxes.

Whether you’re one of them or not, what would you spend an unexpected windfall on? Say … $50? How about $500?

Buy more bookshelves and books, maybe take a trip to a city that was having a huge book fair or festival.

What would you do?

All great ideas, I chose to buy bookshelves as well.

I love festivals, especially book festivals! Every year in the summer there is a huge festival in Edinburgh, at the same time there is a big book festival too where they do author tours etc!
Thanks for visiting!

I would love to go to one of those book festivals and meet a few authors.

Gosh, there are just so many things; books definitely being one thing to spend a windfall on but I would probably have to buy something practical, like extra groceries : D

$50: buy some wine and some books

$500: go on a vacation! Or perhaps refill my depleted savings. Hum, I guess it'd depend on my mood.

Definitly buy more books, books, and yes, books!

i'd save the majority of it...but some into our annual 'summer road trip' fund, and give a bit to charity. in this economy, many people could use a hand.
