Wow Missy, great choices! Two with social issues and one with an appalachian setting. All right up my alley :D! I actually have read There are no children here. It's pretty sad but I thought totally engrossing. I am anxious to read your review and see what you thought of it.
Have you ever read "We Need To Talk about Kevin"?
Some reason that book just came into my mind. Stays with you for quite a while.
I just love the cover of Heart in The Right Place. I have always imagined sitting on a rocking chair out on the deck like that.
