I can't believe that it is Monday already....where did the long weekend go???
I got a stack of books on Thursday from Barnes and Noble. My inlaws gave me a gift card for Christmas, so I went to town!
Girl from Charnelle by K.L. Cook
Safe in Heaven Dead by Samuel Ligon
Manic by Terri Cheney
Happens Every Day by Isabel Gillies
Mudbound by Hillary Jordan
What I Saw and How I Lied by Judy Blundell
And here is the best part - they were ALL on sale....all of them. Plus, all of these books were on my wishlist....It can't get any better than that!

Totally the best way to spend it :D
ReplyDeleteCan't beat that kind of bargain!
ReplyDeleteI actually did receive a book for review - Hunted by Jamieson Wolf. I'll tackle it as soon as I finish my current book in The Morganville Vampires.
Nice list! I have Mudbound on my shelf and hope to read it this year.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week, Missy!
Wow, you did get really lucky! I love it when a book on my TBR list is on sale.
ReplyDeleteI have not heard of any of those books, I will have to look them up.
I have been wanting to get Mudbound too. Gotta love sales and gift cards! Enjoy all your new books!
ReplyDeleteHow much fun that must of been walking up to the cash register with that stash.

ReplyDeleteYou did great! Serena and I are going book shopping with my daughter on Sat. to go crazy with our gift cards. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteWhat I Saw and How I Lied sounds good. A few people read it for our WWII challenge.
